FALANA SEEKS JUSTICE OVER ABUJA LAND DEAL.

In a bid to get justice, a Lagos based human rights lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN), has petitioned National Judicial Council (NJC) and the Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja, Justice Lawal Gummi over the ownership of a landed property located in Asokoro area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). In two separate petitions, Falana sought investigations into the circumstances under which a judgment delivered over the ownership of the land was executed.
