Aviation village estate, a N2.4 billion mass housing project of 270 flats, will be ready in August according the project coordinators, an Abuja based mortgage firm, Suntrust Real Estate Investment Limited.
The project, which is being financed by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) in line with the National Housing Fund (NHF) will be situated at the Aviation Village District near Kuje overhead bridge on Airport Road in Abuja.
The Managing Director and CEO of Suntrust Real Estate Investment Limited, Muhammad Jibrin, said that the choice of the location tallies with its goal and that of the Federal Government which is to develop Abuja into a modern, functional and peaceful territory to meet International standards and people’s yearnings for a good life. Mr Jibrin stated that “Suntrust is completing the Aviation Village Estate Project in Abuja as a selection of high quality homes designed, built, and crafted with purpose. The estate is expected to foster community relationship setting where each homeowner will have a wholesome relationship with neighbours. The estate is the most modern and best finished lifestyle residential estate in the FCT”.
The estate comprises of housing units that range from three bedroom detached bungalow, three bedroom semi detached bungalow and blocks of flats with two bedrooms.
